(5) Reason for the return
(6) Photographs displaying the items.
- • Once return has been authorized, customers will have 5 days to send the return to our location.
- • Absolutely no returns and exchanges are accepted after 15 days upon receipt of goods.
- • All return packages must be received by Gini Accessories within 15 days of your order's original shipment date.
- • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise and applicable freight charges.
- • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
- • Refunds will be issued via store credits only.
- • All items returned for credit must be in its original packaging with all parts included.
- • Returns are processed within 7 business days when we receive your return package.
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- • Unauthorized returns would not be eligible for credits or exchanges.
- • In some instances, orders returned due to failure of delivery; multiple delivery attempts, unclaimed deliveries, undeliverable shipments, customer error, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal will be issued as store credit to the customer minus a 20% restocking fee of the value of the purchased merchandise and all freight charges.
